The scenery was an absolute highlight. The air was pure and the view was astounding. The staff was welcoming, and the food offered was mouth-watering.
The activities provided felt like an afterthought and there was a lack of alternative options. The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable, not to mention the bed bugs.

The pools were great for families with kids, with one of them having slides. the resort had a hot spring/sauna area that was relaxing. the front desk staff was hospitable in taking our reservation. Best aspects: the pools were wide, not too deep, and had slides, which was great for kids. the hot spring/sauna area was a nice touch, especially for relaxing after a long day. Location-wise, the resort was the only one in the area, which gave it a bit of exclusivity.
The room could use some improvement. We noticed the bathroom door had a broken hinge and some unpleasant smell.
